  11. I have some questions concerning the disk transfer address.  i found a
  12. fucntion that will find the DTA and i was
  13. told that the DTA is part of the PSP by default, that it resides in
  14. the command tail at 80h.  Is that true?  I have conflicting stories on
  15. that one.  Also, i was told that DOS uses the area for findfirst and
  16. findnext file operations.  Could someone please elaborate on what
  17. those functions do.  Can the DTA span a 64k segment boundary?  What
  18. does that exactly mean?  Thanks in advance.

  20. Is there a good book someone could recommend on DOS programming?  I am
  21. really new at DOS programming and would like a good reference book.
